Lisa Stump

Lisa Stump is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Yale New Haven Health System and Yale School of Medicine, where she leads a team of 650 IT professionals. Mrs. Stump has over 25 years of healthcare experience and has been instrumental in shaping the delivery of health IT services, digital health, and data and analytics supporting the consumer health, patient care, education and research missions of the medical enterprise. She is a change agent leading innovation strategy and digital transformation and has extensive experience planning and leading large scale EMR and revenue cycle implementations and conversions.

Mrs. Stump graduated from the Univ. of Connecticut School of Pharmacy and The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy with a Master’s degree in Pharmacy Administration. She currently serves on the Connecticut legislative HIT Advisory Council, supporting the development of policy on technology and health information exchange. Mrs. Stump has published several peer-reviewed articles, is an active speaker and commentator on healthcare IT, has been recognized by HIMSS as One of the Most Influential Women in Healthcare IT and in 2017 was selected to receive a Carol Emmott Fellowship for women health professionals with demonstrated potential to ascend to senior executive and board-level roles. Mrs. Stump is Adjunct Professor and member of the Board of Visitors of the College of Health Professions at Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, CT. She and her husband are the very proud parents of three children.
